WHAT I HATE ABOUT BTS!!

What I want to explain today is Build-then sell project (BTS).

Basically Sell-then-build (STB) projects means buyer buy the product before it is even build,

 while Build-then Sell (BTS) means that developer use own cash flow to build the particular project and sell it to the Public only after it is completed.

So STB or BTS which one is better?!

I am telling you 5 things I hate about BTS.

1.     What you see is what you get.

You can see the end product, how’s the quality like, can see it, touch it , feel it and even smell it. (full of dusk…cough* 😅

Definitely safer or lower risk then buying a new project which just started to do piling; whether or not, it can be build, or half way abandoned, it is unknown!

2.     You can get to know the whole neighborhood.

If it’s a completed project, or BTS project, we can check the surrounding amenities, community or even you can know who is the makcik staying beside you! Well I mean, you can get to know who is your neighbour. Who knows, it is a superstars? 

You can drive to surround the area, know where to get food, groceries, or check the distance to your work place.😍

3.     You can move in immediately.

Like the property, sign booking,LO,LA,SPA, Move in! Simple as counting 1,2,3.

 Instead of waiting 4 years for your home to be completed, keep paying but slow building progression, today if you buy BTS project, you can move in immediately.

4.     PAY LESSER, SAVE A LOT

 FURTHERMORE, the package definitely will be better compare to when it first launch. Some even offer up to 20-30% rebates! *wink😉

5.     FREE FREE FREE

BTS project not only have better offer, besides that you could get a lot of FREEBIES!! Free this Free that, Free here Free There. For example, free furniture, free cash voucher, free booking fee, free incentives and etc! Walao!!what also free, then i pay what oh?!!😍

Now you know why I hate about BTS? 

Because it is just so GOOD!!! Cheaper, better and more reliable! Once you see it, sure you will like it. Pay? Don't think about it, most will be paying booking fees ONLY.😁😁😂
